Scope into your puppet, then scope into the logic chip around the puppet feet. Scope into the character control chip. Put a timeline inside this chip (with the controller gadget) and scope into the timeline. Use keyframes to animate your puppet punching. Wire the square button from the controller gadget to the power of the timeline, and tweak the timeline to play once.
