If it's still moving when you have moveable turned off, then one or more of your advanced movers has values on the axes that you didn't connect a wire to.

For instance, if you connect the L-Stick -> Up/Down -> Positive value to the "X Speed" input of your advance mover, make sure that you tweak the mover and set the Y Speed and X Speed values to zero.
