Well this is strange. I used it on one object form dreameverse and it was simply ignoring it.
But then I recorder the resize on simple shape scuplted by myslef and it was working fine.

So it is working. But for some reason it was not working on that item (and it was my first attempt to record resizing so it got me confused)
