It's all in the settings, I believe. You can make something "multilangauge," and then set its language. Or for audio, make the sound gadget multilanguage. Then look at its slices, and drag the two-letter language display to change it. Have multiple slices in the same sound with different languages with multi-language turned on and it should play the different slices depending on the system.
