I think you could run your input into a calculator gadget and set it to either equal to, or greater than and give at value of 1.
The output of the calculator then goes high when the input is either equal to or greater than 1, whichever your prefer. Wire it into a signal manipulator and on the first page of the manipulator tweak menu, at the bottom left is a pulse on input button (may have the name slightly wrong). Set that and it should pulse when it receives an input.
