You could use the granular synthesis settings to force it to play in reverse. Go to the granular synthesis tab on the sound tweaks, turn it on, and then set time stretch to -100%. If you're using the sound on a timeline, you'll have to also move the Start Time Offset to the end (which is something odd we're still ironing out at the moment, you shouldn't have to in the future).
