sticker testing

I wonder how you turn this graffity into a sticker?

The television and scrolling text look amazing. I've already been using it for stone, marble and wood textures. Also glowing borders give cool hologram/laser effects

Was trying to see if it could pick edges for cel-shading. Got close but not quite

How did you do scrolling text?
