That was really great! Really uses the confined environment in the best possible way and for maximum effectiveness! I wonder if leaving the caller's identity more ambiguous wouldn't be a better choice, adding at least one more possible interpretation...

If you look straight ahead and walk up to the door, the button prompt is not visible. Maybe it could be on the screen no matter where you're looking.

Superb! Seemless without level transitions. The very last sequence didn't feel totally right, though. Maybe increase the speed and cut to white or black.
