Deaf Mode should be made as default feature for everyone and give it a neutral name such as High Awareness Mode, with Off button for extra challenge. Then deaf people are no longer compelled to become self-conscious of unnecessary disability label.

1/2h ago I gave C7-4 another go with Deaf Mode, just out of curiosity. Oh boy what a difference! I felt being in full control at all times and passed easily on first try! Before that my situation awareness was nearly zero, tried like 50 times and gave up.
