Imp Space Program

There should be a way to adjust the camera height in the Build Mode. The camera always centres on the nose cone, which makes adjusting the pieces at the bottom really tricky.

Needs a "Show Controls" button for flight mode - there are prompts for "launch" and "open parachute", but so far I haven't been able to discover any other controls by trial and error.
