Sammy Seal Ep 2 The Fall Guy of Rome

I was stuck for a bit at 6/10, Temple:
I made the turkey guess and left the area and upon returning to him I couldn't replay it but also lost the info to progress the dialogue with the guard.
I somehow triggered it to replay from scene selection.

I think I found a few bugs that are preventing me from progressing. SPOILER WARNING. There are some clues at the temple and catacombs that didn't count towards the total. And I think a clue didn't trigger when I tried to examine it at the bakery.

3 bugs:
During speaking with the gladiator the 'big clue found' message was kept appearing after dialogue options
After the pizza mini game and during the follow up dialogue with the shop owner the 'great pizza' message was played and create a mess...

When I declined to open the chest I couldn't open it again.

I lost my progress just by reentering the palace
