1 last idea for the gunplay. I'm sure ppl have told you its rough but I really think you could repurpose the smokes from earlier to fix this.
Shooting is rough>find smokes on ship>smoking makes shooting temp better. optional quest OR bought with trophies

Also the placement of the terminal in the cryo room required for navigation feels wierd. Could just be me, Id rather see a new room built and the cryo room terminal repurposed as a "view" or "turn off cryo early killing all the zafari" kinda thing.

I'm sold. Conceptually there is a lot of good going on here, a few things I felt were missing. A subtle heartbeat track after you escape lasting until the end. Trophies look a little riddler-esque, doesn't match the aesthetic, perhaps some alien tech?

A door won't open though i see a couple of platforms behind it. Bug, or am i missing something?
